We are a growing, boutique property management brokerage in San Antonio managing a solid 65-door portfolio. We handle everything from tenant screening to maintenance, and we are looking for a sharp, licensed real estate agent to take over our leasing showings and pipeline. If you want to leverage your real estate license for predictable, straightforward income without the cold calling and marketing expenses, this is the perfect role for you.
The Opportunity
Stop chasing cold leads and spending thousands on marketing. We provide the portfolio, the properties, and the tenant inquiries. Your only job is to open the doors, show the properties, and close the lease. You keep your license active with our brokerage and earn a guaranteed flat fee for every single lease executed.
What You Will Do
- Conduct Showings: Meet pre-qualified prospective tenants at our managed properties across San Antonio.
- Follow Up: Answer basic property questions and guide prospective tenants through the application process.
- Coordinate Leases: Facilitate the completion of standard Texas REALTORS® lease agreements and ensure security deposits are collected.
- File Compliance: Ensure all required TREC/Texas REALTORS® disclosures (including the IABS form) are completed and uploaded to our digital portal.

Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate License: Must be in good standing with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
- NAR Membership: Must be a current member of the National Association of REALTORS® (or willing to join/transfer to our local board).
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle and smartphone to travel to properties across the San Antonio metro area.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to conduct showings on weekends and late afternoons/evenings when renters are available.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Fair Housing laws.
