Overview
Ivory HydroSpa is a luxury contrast therapy and recovery spa designed to help guests relax, restore, and recharge. Our hydrotherapy circuit guides guests through a sequence of heat, cold, water, and relaxation experiences designed to rejuvenate the body and mind.
We are looking for friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented team members to join our team as Spa Guides / Spa Attendants. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer service–driven and enjoy creating welcoming, calm environments for guests.
Spa Guides play an important role in delivering the Ivory HydroSpa experience. From greeting guests to preparing spa spaces and maintaining the environment, every detail contributes to a relaxing and elevated visit for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create a warm, relaxing first impression upon arrival
- Guide guests through the hydrotherapy circuit and answer basic questions about the experience
- Prepare spa areas and ensure all spaces are ready for guest sessions
- Place towels, robes, and amenities throughout the spa circuit
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas
- Reset spa spaces between guest sessions
- Restock towels, robes, water stations, and spa amenities
- Assist with laundry and general spa upkeep
- Help maintain a calm, peaceful, and professional spa environment
- Support the team in delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience
Qualifications
- Friendly, welcoming personality with a customer service–driven mindset
- Detail-oriented with pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a professional and hospitable manner
- Able to help maintain a calm and relaxing environment
- Comfortable performing light physical tasks such as laundry, stocking, and resetting spa areas
- Ability to stand and move throughout the spa during shifts
- Weekend availability preferred
- CPR certification is preferred but not required.
- Please note that we are not currently adding or hiring massage therapists or estheticians at this time. This position is not intended for massage therapy or esthetics services and is focused on spa guidance, guest support, and overall spa operations.
Experience in hospitality, wellness, spas, fitness studios, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Position Details
- Pay: $14–$17 per hour
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Weekend availability required
