Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to play a key role in a high-quality coating process? We’re looking for a Production Associate to join our established and quality-driven finishing team in Columbus, Ohio.
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for coating through cleaning, degreasing, and sandblasting
- Mask components according to detailed specifications
- Organize and stage parts for coating and curing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep and blast areas
- Assist applicators and quality control with part handling
- Follow safety protocols and production timelines
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, coatings, or prep work
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in task execution
- Ability to work with hand tools and operate basic equipment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
