Job Title: Experienced Pinsetter Mechanic – Brunswick A-2 Pinsetters
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced pinsetter mechanic who has hands-on experience working with Brunswick A-2 pinsetters. The ideal candidate should be comfortable diagnosing, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining bowling center equipment in a fast-paced environment.
This position is best suited for someone who already understands pinsetter operation, common mechanical issues, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to keep lanes running smoothly during open bowling, leagues, tournaments, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Brunswick A-2 pinsetters
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and adjustments
- Troubleshoot pinsetter stops, jams, cycling issues, ball returns, spotting issues, and related lane equipment problems
- Replace worn or damaged parts as needed
- Keep machines clean, safe, and operating properly
- Respond quickly to lane calls during league and open bowling
- Maintain a safe work environment around moving machinery
- Communicate clearly with management about repairs, parts needed, and equipment concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience working on Brunswick A-2 pinsetters is required
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work safely around moving equipment
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Must be able to lift, bend, climb, and work in machine areas as needed
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends is preferred
- Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Bowling center maintenance experience is strongly preferred
Pay:
Pay is based on experience.
Schedule:
Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and league/event coverage as needed.
