Key Responsibilities for the Senior Analyst, FP&A:

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and performance drivers
- Build financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools
- Support month-end close with variance analysis and reporting
- Deliver strategic insights, scenario modeling, and executive-level presentations
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements
Qualifications for the Senior Analyst, FP&A:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred)
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong foundation in financial statements and accounting principles
