Are you a warm, upbeat people-person who loves making a positive difference in others’ lives every day? Oas Family Chiropractic is looking for a compassionate and reliable Chiropractic Assistant / Office Manager to join our close-knit team immediately!
About the Role
This is a full-time position (30-36 hours per week, Monday–Friday, no weekends). As the friendly face of our office, you’ll be the first and last person our patients see—creating a welcoming, caring atmosphere that helps them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
We’ll provide thorough on-the-job training, so previous experience in healthcare or insurance billing is a plus but not required. We care most about your integrity, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients with a smile and maintain a warm, positive energy throughout the day
- Keep our office running smoothly with efficient patient flow and scheduling
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help patients understand their insurance benefits
- Handle payments, billing, and insurance calls with care and accuracy
- Support light office cleaning and daily procedures to keep everything looking and feeling great
- Be a reliable team player who helps wherever needed, including supporting patient care
