Motorsports Hospitality & Team Operations Assistant.
Trackside is looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team and travel with us to race events throughout the season.
This is a unique, hands-on position for someone who wants to be part of a professional motorsports environment. The role will involve a little bit of everything, and no two race weekends will be exactly the same.
The primary focus will be helping us keep the team organized and making sure our hospitality and guest experience runs smoothly. Responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining the team hospitality area, coordinating catering and food during race weekends, welcoming sponsors and guests, keeping common areas organized and presentable, and assisting team management with day-to-day needs at the track.
The position will also help with the team's social media presence by capturing photos and videos throughout the weekend, posting stories and updates, creating simple social content, and helping document the behind-the-scenes side of the team.
Because motorsports is a fast-moving environment, we're looking for someone who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed. This could include running errands, helping prepare for events, coordinating supplies, assisting with sponsor activities, organizing team apparel or credentials, and handling other general race-weekend responsibilities.

- Comfortable creating and posting content on Instagram and other social platforms
- Good eye for photos, videos and presentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel frequently for race weekends
- Flexible with working hours during events
- Able to work independently without needing constant direction
- Interest in motorsports is a plus, but previous racing experience is not required
- Hospitality, social media, event, marketing or team-assistant experience is a plus
About the Position
This is a travel-based motorsports position working directly with the team at race events across the United States. Travel, hotels and event-related expenses will be provided by the team as applicable.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being around people, takes pride in making things look professional, understands social media, and isn't afraid to help wherever needed.
You'll be working directly alongside the team throughout race weekends and will have the opportunity to experience professional motorsports from inside the paddock.
Location: Palm Desert / Thermal, California, with frequent travel to race events across the United States.
