About the role
We're hiring an on-site Print Account Manager to be a key point of contact for our customers. You'll guide customers through their print orders, answer questions, solve problems, and make sure every job runs smoothly from quote to delivery. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role for someone who knows how to keep customers happy and jobs on track.
Print or commercial printing experience is strongly preferred, you'll be able to hit the ground running and speak our customers' language from day one. That said, we'll consider an exceptional candidate from another fast-paced, customer-facing background who can get up to speed quickly.
What you'll do
Serve as a primary contact for customers by phone, email, and in person. Manage print orders from quote through production to delivery, keeping customers informed at each step. Answer questions about products, specs, and timelines, and guide customers toward the right solutions. Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems quickly and professionally. Coordinate with production, bindery, and sales to keep jobs on schedule. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers. Keep accurate records of orders, quotes, and customer communications.
What we're looking for
Experience in commercial printing or a closely related industry strongly preferred. Strong customer service or account management background, ideally managing orders, quotes, or projects. Familiarity with print products, specs, and production workflow is a significant plus. Excellent communication skills, clear, professional, and friendly. A fast learner who can add value to the team quickly. Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple orders and deadlines. Calm and resourceful under pressure. Comfortable with order-management, estimating, or CRM software. Local to the Point Richmond / East Bay area.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000/year. Schedule: full-time, on-site in Point Richmond.
