Lead, motivate, and manage a crew to complete landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and to high standards

Oversee daily operations including mowing, edging, pruning, and bed maintenance

Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and a collaborative team environment

Utilize tablets and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and daily documentation

Identify and communicate equipment needs to ensure smooth operations

Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and crew productivity

Proven experience leading a landscape maintenance crew
