Monitors all Corps educational, recreational and spiritual development programs, activities and special events such as Summer VBS & regional mini day-Camp, and guides volunteers; provides Christian leadership to the participants in order to encourage their spiritual development; prepares and maintains statistical records of all activities; relieves the Corps Officer of administrative detail; assumes additional supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Corps Officer.
Executes all Community care, Community events, will represent the Salvation Army and serve as contact person in absence of corps officer.
Works with corps officer to follow up with program participants following community events. Assists with evangelistic outreach including but not limited to VBS, youth activities, adult ministry groups, community events, public feeding, mobile food pantry, open gym etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

High school diploma
Certifications/Licenses
Physical Requirements
Ability to meet attendance requirements.
Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
Ability to move hands in a repetitive motion, grasp, hold and move fingers with ample dexterity.
Ability to participate in physical effort/activities associated with walking, standing, lifting, playing games, pushing/pulling, bending, squatting, crawling, reaching and transporting objects of reasonable weight (less than 30 lbs).
