About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with an established book of business to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient attorney looking to expand their practice while benefiting from firm-provided marketing support, intake services, administrative resources, and operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of Family Law matters from intake through resolution
- Handle Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony, and Equitable Distribution cases
- Represent clients in Family Court, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Conduct Settlement Negotiations and dispute resolution
- Develop and maintain referral sources and community relationships
- Grow an existing book of business
- Provide strategic legal counsel and client advocacy
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal documents
- Independently manage litigation and courtroom appearances
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Bar License or South Carolina Bar License
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of Family Law experience
- Existing portable book of business required
- Strong Litigation and Trial Experience
- Experience handling contested family law matters
- Proven ability to generate and retain clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
