We're currently seeking a Warranty Claims Coordinator to oversee warranty claims from start to finish and serve as a key liaison between customers, repair facilities, vendors, and our internal team.
What You'll Do
As our Warranty Claims Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring warranty claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally by:
- Managing warranty claims from intake through resolution
- Gathering and verifying claim information, including VINs, mileage, repair documentation, serial numbers, and issue descriptions
- Serving as the primary point of contact for warranty-related questions
- Communicating with customers, repair shops, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitoring claim progress and providing status updates
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records
- Identifying patterns and recurring issues and escalating concerns when appropriate
- Supporting continuous improvements to our warranty processes
