Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations and scheduling
- Lead, coach, and support the team
- Monitor production, collections, scheduling, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and help grow the practice
- Oversee insurance workflows and patient financial coordination
- Partner with doctors and leadership to implement operational improvements
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience and foster lasting patient relationships
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented office culture
Qualifications
- Prior dental office management or lead front office experience required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment coordination, and scheduling
- Proven ability to lead a team, hold team members accountable, and foster a positive work environment
- Self-motivated with the initiative to identify opportunities and implement solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- Comfortable using dental practice management software
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping grow a successful dental practice
- Exceptional customer service and patient communication skills
