Prime Builders builds high-end custom homes across Utah's Wasatch Back — Promontory, Park City, and Heber City. We pair strong field execution with an in-house interior design team so the structure and the finish are held to the same standard. This is a hands-on, quality-driven shop where the people running our sites own the outcome.
The Role
We're hiring a dedicated Site Superintendent to own a custom home from groundbreaking through final finish. This is a single-job, full-duration role, you'll be on site throughout all working hours and own that home's outcome from start to finish.
Our home base is Park City, and this role also requires a willingness to work in Morgan County as projects there come up.
You should be a generalist who's strong early; comfortable owning excavation, foundation, steel, and framing then steady all the way through MEP rough-in and interior finish.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a full-time on-site presence whenever work is underway
- Run field operations start to finish: site prep and excavation, foundation, steel, framing, MEP rough-in, and interior finish
- Drive the build schedule, identify slips early, and keep subcontractors on pace
- Schedule, coordinate, and inspect subcontractor work for quality, craftsmanship, and code compliance
- Coordinate with our in-house design team through the finish phases (cabinetry, tile, trim, fixtures, etc.)
Qualifications
- 7+ years running residential construction in the field, ideally on custom or high-end homes
- Proven ability to own a home start to finish
- Strong on early structural work (excavation, foundation, steel, framing) and steady through rough-in and finish
- Comfortable reading plans, holding a schedule, and driving subcontractor quality and code compliance
- Reliable, self-directed, and willing to be the on-site owner throughout all working hours
- Willing to work in Morgan County as those projects come up
Location & Schedule
Based out of Park City, UT, with on-site presence required during all working hours. Willingness to work in Morgan County as projects there arise.
