Adult Day Care Program
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Senior Care Aide to support older adults with physical and cognitive needs in our adult day care program.
Our team provides engaging activities, therapeutic recreation, and personalized care to help participants remain healthy, active, and connected in the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, hygiene, eating, mobility)
- Perform safe transfers and wheelchair assistance
- Support activities, exercise, crafts, and cognitive programs
- Assist with meals and light housekeeping
- Build positive relationships with participants and caregivers
Requirements
- Professional caregiving experience required
- Experience with older adults preferred
- Reliable attendance is essential
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to frequently lift/transfer (100 lbs. minimum with assist)
Pre-Employment
- Fingerprinted background check
- CPR certification
- 2-Step TB test
- Physical exam
