Position Summary
This unique dual-role position combines career counseling, job development, employment placement, and one-on-one computer instruction for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate, results-driven professional who takes initiative, thinks strategically, and is committed to helping others succeed.
Responsibilities
· Provide career counseling and employment guidance
· Develop employer relationships and job opportunities
· Assist with resumes, interviewing, and job search strategies
· Teach typing, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Track client and student progress
· Maintain documentation and IBHE compliance records
· Coordinate training schedules and assessments
· Assist with administrative and special projects
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered
· Bilingual English/Spanish required
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
· Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
