The Fuentes Firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to assist our team in personal injury defense, involving casualty and catastrophic collision cases on behalf of our transportation company clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant (including, but not limited to)
- Extensive scheduling and calendaring
- Deposition Coordination
- Mediation Coordination
- Drafting legal documents
- Electronic filings
- Records processing
- New file set up
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 years or more of legal experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Dedication to quality work product
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills & Competencies:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
