Criterion General, Inc. is hiring Carpenters to support ongoing construction projects in Anchorage. This role has the potential to become a long-term opportunity for the right individual, with a company that works to keep its team consistently busy year-round.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute work based on blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform layout, framing, structural work, and finish carpentry
- Install doors, windows, drywall, cabinetry, stairs, and other fixtures
- Support project planning, layout verification, and material coordination
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Work collaboratively with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Qualifications
- Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or equivalent field experience
- Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
- Proven ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment
- High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Physically capable of working in demanding construction environments
- Dependable and team-oriented with strong communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $30+ per hour, depending on experience
- Weekly payroll
- Per diem available for qualifying travel assignments
