About the Role
As a Prep Production Assistant, you'll play an important role in preparing the components that become our beautifully packaged sensory play kits. Every detail matters, and you'll help ensure each product meets the quality and presentation standards our customers have come to expect.
While this position involves repetitive production tasks, it's also a great fit for someone who enjoys working with colorful, creative materials and takes pride in producing high-quality work. We're happy to train the right person—what matters most is that you're reliable, detail-oriented, work efficiently, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
What You'll Do
Daily responsibilities include:
- Filling glitter and sprinkle jars
- Arranging charms into small containers
- Unwrapping and preparing kit pieces
- Sorting and organizing kit ingredients
- Printing and applying product stickers
- Preparing materials for our kitting team

Schedule
- 30–40 hours per week, depending on your availability
- Full-time hours (40/week) are available
- Flexible scheduling—you set your schedule as long as you're able to maintain it consistently
- Located near the Vancouver Mall area
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off and benefits available after a successful 60-day probationary period
- Performance-based wage reviews every 12 months
