Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $44.00 to $60.00 per hour.
Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and support the annual budgeting process for assigned areas.
Review financial data, identify issues, and collaborate with teams to resolve forecasting or reporting concerns.
Develop and maintain recurring financial reports and assist with assigned analysis projects.
Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
Support ongoing financial planning efforts and contribute to process improvements where needed.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting.
A strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial processes.
Advanced Excel skills required, with experience in data and financial modeling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, including periods requiring extended hours.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting information to various audiences.
Self motivated work style with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Previous experience with financial planning systems or data tools.
Team oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and support leadership initiatives.
