M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Rate/Salary of the Service Technician:
22-28 DOE
Responsibilities of the Service Technician:
- Diagnose and repair all types of electro-mechanical and pneumatic equipment.
- Review and prepare parts and equipment for return to stock condition.
- Provide technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives.
- Travel as needed to perform services at customer locations and vendors for training (~ 25%).
- Data entry to process purchase orders, machine maintenance, service notes/reports, and shipping information.
Qualifications of the Service Technician:
- Two-year degree in a technical discipline and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
- Computer literacy with MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport required.
