We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaning Associate to join our professional cleaning team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of various household areas.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following established safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums.
- Handle manual lifting of small furniture, appliances, and cleaning supplies safely during various cleaning assignments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide tailored services.
- Maintain cleanliness of work tools and supplies, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations related to janitorial and custodial work.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface care products, and appropriate application techniques.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks safely and with physical endurance.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Demonstrated reliability with a professional attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable vehicle to use to transport cleaning equipment and up to two other associates to the job sites.

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
