What You'll Do
As Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind daily field operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations for multifamily renovation and remodeling projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and budgets while proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout each project.
- Conduct routine site inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Document project progress through daily reports, logs, photos, and field updates.
- Partner with Project Managers, ownership groups, and stakeholders to communicate project status and solutions.
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and regulatory requirements with local authorities.
- Oversee interior renovations, exterior improvements, and amenity upgrades.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and property management teams while minimizing disruption in occupied communities.
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
- 5+ years of construction experience, including at least 3 years managing multifamily renovation projects.
- Proven success leading multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, construction methods, and best practices within multifamily housing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Xactimate, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively as project needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
· Experience working in occupied apartment communities.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk active construction sites and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and construction environments.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
