We're seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to provide top-tier customer care in a premium airport lounge setting. As a Lounge Agent, you'll ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, support day-to-day lounge operations, and deliver industry-leading hospitality. You’ll work collaboratively with a high-performing team, maintain health and safety standards, and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge
- Assist with food safety, inventory, and restocking
- Support team training and follow daily checklists
- Uphold brand standards, policies, and safety protocols
