Location: Bergen County, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 annually
Manage referrals, admissions, and insurance verification processes
Communicate with hospitals, referral sources, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain referral response times and census goals
Oversee admission paperwork, census reporting, and billing communication
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and community partners
Conduct facility tours and assist families through the admissions process
Collaborate with Marketing, Billing, MDS, and Concierge teams
4-5 years of admissions, intake, or healthcare business development experience
Prior SNF or post-acute care experience required
Experience as an Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator required
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and authorization processes
Experience with PointClickCare, NaviHealth, CarePort, and AllScripts preferred
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
