Fleming & Lowenberg is seeking an experienced Family Law Licensed Legal Practitioner (LLP) or highly experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing practice in beautiful Western Colorado.

Responsibilities
· Represent clients within the scope of Colorado LLP authority (or prepare to transition into that role)
· Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
· Draft pleadings, disclosures, parenting plans, settlement agreements, motions, and related legal documents
· Prepare matters for hearings, mediation, and trial
· Maintain exceptional client communication and client service
· Work collaboratively with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff
· Accurately maintain billing, time records, and case management systems
· Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Firm
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
· Significant experience in Colorado family law
· Strong legal writing and drafting skills
· Excellent organizational and client communication abilities
· A positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude
· A desire to grow professionally within an innovative law firm
· Strong technology and case management skills
Candidates who are currently licensed as Colorado Licensed Legal Practitioners (LLPs) are strongly encouraged to apply.
