Talent Acquisition Partner
Is responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role serves as a trusted advisor, providing recruiting expertise, market insights, and sourcing strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate management.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Build talent pipelines through trade schools, military partnerships, networking, and proactive sourcing.
- Train hiring managers on recruiting processes and ATS best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, including EEO and OFCCP requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, job postings, and applicant tracking records.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Boolean and X-ray sourcing.
- Experience recruiting high-volume hourly skilled trades positions, such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and field service technicians.
- Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and employment laws.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Dayforce HRIS and Indeed Smart Sourcing preferred.
