Customer Service Representative (Bilingual in Mandarin/ English)
Qualifications
- Manage incoming calls to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating persistence along with problem solving and decision-making skills to work with clients through a variety of challenging situations.
- Perform support tasks for Managers in providing exceptional service to clients by completing assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist clients by answering questions about their policies, including explaining insurance concepts and processing claims paperwork
- Quickly and accurately file applications and process claims
- Provide additional support to teammates and staff as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese
- At least 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Must be able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must be authorized to work in the US
