Our team is seeking an experienced dental assistant who brings positive energy and confidence to the workplace. The right candidate must have dental assisting experience and is preferably expanded functions certified.

Hourly compensation starts at $20/hour but depends on qualifications and job performance.

Responsibilities include, not limited to:
- Communicate well with patients to provide awesome customer service
- Take radiographs
- Manage inventory
- Assist dentist during various procedures including restorations, extractions, and endodontic treatments with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Operate our patient management software, Eaglesoft
- Take vital signs and medical histories; monitor patient comfort throughout procedures.
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized following OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience with dental assisting is required.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques.
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft is preferred
- Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely and effectively
- Experience with pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, or general dentistry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients and team members.
