Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Technician to join our team. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- 3 Year of Solar Tech Experience
- Driver's License with clean dirvine Record
- Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Experience in sales or upselling services is beneficial.
- Proficient in handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
