Insight Auto Glass is looking for MOTIVATED AND EXPERIENCED AUTO GLASS TECHNICIANS. Top techs will make $150k+
- Our pay structure is $1200.00 Guaranteed per week* or piece work which ever is greater
- Piece work starts at $60
This means the more you do the more you make!
- 4 jobs a day = 20 jobs a week = $1,200 a week
- 5 jobs a day = 25 jobs a week = $1,500 a week
- 6 jobs a day = 30 jobs a week = $1,800 a week
- 7 jobs a day = 35 jobs a week = $ 2,100 a week
- 8 jobs a day = 40 jobs a week = $2,400 a week
- 9 jobs a day = 45 jobs a week = $2,700 a week
- 10 jobs a day = 50 jobs a week= $3,000 a week
90 to 100% of your work will be windshields on an average week.
Power slider back glass paid as 2 jobs so $120

What we expect from you:
Quality work on every job.
Work 5 days a week. (You can work 6 as long as you can handle it)
Be punctual.
Communication skills.
You need to have your own tools. ( We can get any tool you need. It can be paid back over time.)
* Certain conditions apply for the guarantee. Including but not limited to working less than an 8 hour shift per day. For example if you start at 8AM you will be expected to take additional jobs for the day until 2:30PM to qualify.
