Certified Caregiver / CNA Needed for a DDD Group Home

We are hiring Certified Caregivers and CNAs to support members in a DDD group home setting. This is a hands-on care position, but it is also about connection, consistency, encouragement, and helping members have safe, meaningful, and supported days.
This is a great fit for someone who is dependable, kind, calm, and not afraid to jump in and help.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be part of the daily rhythm of the home and help members with:
- Personal care, hygiene, grooming, showering, dressing, and toileting
- Meal support, hydration, feeding assistance, and special diet instructions
- Transfers, repositioning, mobility support, and physical care needs
- PCSP goals, daily routines, skill building, and member activities
- Social, recreational, and community-based activities
- Following Behavior Plans and individualized care instructions
- Completing daily documentation, program tracking, and incident reports as needed
- Reporting health, safety, behavioral, or physical changes to the nurse or supervisor
- Helping with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and keeping the home running smoothly

Requirements
- Certified Caregiver or CNA
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must be able to complete required trainings, including Article 9, Prevention and Support, CPR/First Aid, TB, and Abuse and Neglect
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Previous experience with developmental disabilities, group homes, assisted living, or direct care is a plus
