Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you need to upport the day-to-day sales operations of the company by assisting with customer service, business development, sales administration, and cross-functional communication. Help expand the company's customer base and product offerings while ensuring excellent customer support and timely order execution.
Duties
- Generate new sales through cold calling, prospecting, customer visits, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Assist with new customer credit applications and account setup.
- Prepare quotations and secure customer purchase orders.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure all required information is entered into the company system.
- Follow up with customers regarding new opportunities, order status, deliveries, payments, and any service-related issues.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure orders are fulfilled, invoiced, and collected on time.
- Research existing and prospective customers using different tools, such as Blue Book, Red Book, and other industry resources.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and management guidelines at all time.
- Work with the sales manager and team members establish and achieve weekly and long term sales activity goals.
- Accompany the sales manager on customer visits when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer and sale records in company systems.
- Perform accurate data entry to support sales summaries, reports, and other sales related activities.
- Assist with inventory counts, schedule tracking, and other reconciliation related duties.
- Perform other office related duties, such as answering and directing incoming calls.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Goal oriented with the ability to meet sales quotas, achieve performance goals, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills while being self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Experience with InFlow ERP or similar inventory/ERP software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, willing to learn, help others, and contribute to team success.
- Strong data entry and Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
