Hiring Shop Floor Positions at a family owned business. Overtime pay, holiday pay, two weeks PTO, health & life insurance for the whole family, fully funded retirement plan.
Daily operations would include:
- Hands on mechanical work
- Machine upkeep
- Lathe/mill/screw machine operation
- Diagnosing and solving problems
- Set up/Tear down of machines
Typical work hours are 45-50+ hour weeks with overtime paid at time and a half.
No prior experience is necessary to get the job. Hard workers who are willing to learn are preferred.
Pay is based upon ability and experience.
