How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within unit.

Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff, while adhering to the budget.

Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).

Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date reqiuired. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date redquired.
Education:
-
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative
leadership experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- Registered Nurse Manager for 2 or more years.
