Kings Mill is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings professionalism, energy, and a driven, take-initiative mindset that sets you apart.
No two days are the same and that’s exactly how you like it. You’ll be responsible for:

Completing service requests with efficiency and care

Preparing apartments (make-readies, punch work, and detail finishing)

Maintaining attractive and safe apartment grounds

Performing general repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction

Handling large-scale projects when needed

Keeping our community clean with debris removal and upkeep
-
A positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail
-
Solid communication skills (both verbal and written)

At least 1 years of apartment maintenance experience

Ability to work Monday–Friday, with weekend availability

Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional holidays
-
HVAC and CPO certifications preferred but not required
