If you are hired in the retail department, you can expect to be presented with an array of questions about all aspects of the pond and koi industry. We carry hardgoods and koi in our retail stores, so being interested in aquatic life is key! In addition, you will be a large representation of our company, so customer service skills are of top importance. We value our customers and we want them to feel that way too. Currently we have 4 retail locations: Green Brook, NJ; Fairfield, NJ; Colts Neck, NJ & New Hope, PA. In addition to pond retail, two of our stores (Green Brook and New Hope) are home to FFP Aquariums & Aquascaping and experience with any aquatic life is valuable!
