About the Role
Parcadia is Urbana’s newest attraction - an all-ages magical minigolf tavern by CU Adventures. We’re looking for energetic, imaginative individuals to join our team as Minigolf Attendant/Performers at our entertainment-driven venue.
If you love tabletop roleplaying, improv, hosting, or making people laugh, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional experience to guests of all ages through interaction, engagement, and performance;
- Greet visitors as they enter and orient them to the kingdom;
- Sell tickets and Parcadia merch to minigolf players;
- Introduce players to the minigolf course (in-character);
- General crowd work/performance in the kingdom;
- Drink bussing and cleaning in the course area;
- Create memorable moments for every guest, every shift!
Qualifications
- Willingness to act, improvise, and perform;
- An outgoing personality;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in the service industry;
- Creative problem-solving skills;
- Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail;
- Comfortable using or learning POS systems (Toast).
