ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
Serving the design industry since 2002, Lightform Lighting is dedicated to providing sophisticated lighting solutions for residential and commercial applications. We offer lighting design, sales and consulting with incomparable customer service to our clients. We are looking for a candidate that is excited about lighting, design, and being a part of a professional atmosphere. While lighting experience is a plus, we will train any qualified candidate. Candidates must be team-oriented and maintain a high level of professionalism.
*We are looking for a full-time position to be filled Monday - Friday (9am-5pm).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle product support issues and correspond with clients, vendors, and technical support team; product and technical knowledge will be developed through training.
- Oversee all ongoing projects from concept through completion, providing support to designers and sales staff to ensure successful outcome for customers.
- Send purchase orders to lighting vendors. Coordinate with vendors and logistics.
- Opportunity to visit jobsites through work and training.
- Develop exceptional product knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. This job relies on high accuracy, coordination abilities, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to learn and grasp technical concepts.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude are essential to our work environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy is a must. Will provide training for office software.
- Email and phone etiquette a must.
- Professional attitude and appearance required.
- Must be able to thrive in a dynamic environment with a desire to learn and exhibit problem solving skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
