Divine House, Inc is now hiring a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing in Willmar, MN.
Candidates must have Registered Nursing licensure.
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plays a critical role in our healthcare management, responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality client care. Some of the responsibilities may include: Supervising nursing activities and ensuring client care. Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing care. Participating in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Administering quality care services for clients under the supervision of the DON, and contributing to the overall functioning of our group home settings.
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
