Shin En Wagyu House is a Florida-based importer and wholesale distributor of premium Japanese A5 Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, and Black Angus beef. Since 2022, we've sourced directly from trusted farms in Japan and Australia, bringing the highest-quality beef to top restaurants and retailers across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to new prospective clients (cold outreach)
- Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and social media to understand client needs
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to present our products/services
- Qualify leads and hand off to the sales team for further follow-up
- Track outreach progress and maintain accurate CRM records daily/weekly
- Meet monthly/quarterly development targets (KPIs)

Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or telemarketing (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident with cold outreach and building rapport quickly
- Resilient, self-motivated, and goal/KPI-driven
- Valid driver's license and willingness to visit prospective clients (restaurants, retailers, distributors) in person as needed
- CRM experience preferred
- Fluent English required
**Nice to Have**
- Experience selling into the food service, hospitality, or restaurant/HORECA industry
- Existing network of restaurant, hotel, or specialty grocery contacts in South Florida
- Basic data analysis skills
