Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with receiving deliveries and storing inventory
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or as a Line Cook/Prep Cook is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with menu planning and ingredient preparation techniques.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a kitchen setting.
