8+ years as a java developer
Spring boot, Spring, HTML, CSS
4+ years with Spring Boot
hands on and proven experience doing a Spring to Spring Boot upgrade
DB2 - upgrade will hit back end services
Lead / mentorship experience -not an 'order taker' - someone who can come in and provide the solution and know what to do
upgrade experience converting web apps from Spring to Spring Boot framework
Ability to help with best practices, efforts, etc
Fortune 500 experience
Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
Healthcare industry experience
