About Us:We are a growing behavioral health practice serving adults in mental health and substance use recovery. Our team provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a professional and supportive setting. We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric APN / PMHNP to join us one day per week, with opportunity for growth.
Position Overview:This provider will work with clients in our IOP and outpatient mental health programs, conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management visits, and collaborating with our clinical team to support strong treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Medication management for adult patients
- Assess mood, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and co-occurring conditions
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and support staff
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey APN license
- PMHNP certification preferred
- DEA license preferred
- Experience in psychiatry, addiction treatment, or outpatient behavioral health preferred
- Strong bedside manner and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
