We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vaping and smoking products, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to provide a welcoming environment for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting products, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the shop operates smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on vape and smoke products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning display areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
- Educate customers about product usage, safety, and related regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for new products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in implementing store promotions and marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the sale of vaping products.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of vaping products and trends is a plus.
