Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Manager for our growing home care company serving both pediatric and adult clients.
This position is currently offered as part-time (25–30 hours per week) as our company continues to grow, with the potential to transition into a full-time leadership role as our clinical needs expand.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, organized nurse who is passionate about leadership, clinical education, business development, and ensuring exceptional care for medically complex clients.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license
- Required: Extensive experience with Tracheostomy and Mechanical Ventilator care
- Home care experience with pediatric and/or adult clients preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Experience teaching, training, or mentoring nurses strongly preferred
- Comfortable networking and building professional relationships with referral sources
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, Berks, Bucks, and Chester Counties
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for pediatric and adult home care clients
- Conduct nurse orientations and ongoing clinical education
- Lead our Ventilator and Tracheostomy education program for newly hired nurses
- Train and evaluate nurses on ventilator and tracheostomy competencies
- Perform supervisory visits, clinical assessments, and competency evaluations
- Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to field nurses
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Travel throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, Berks, Bucks, and Chester Counties as needed
Business Development & Community Outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physician offices, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, and community organizations
- Represent the company at networking events, community outreach programs, and healthcare meetings
- Assist with marketing initiatives to increase referrals and promote our home care services
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and expand our presence throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania

Pay: $65,520.00 - $70,200.00 per year
