Job Summary
Local, family-owned business that has been in the food business for over 30 years seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Craft Juice Production Workers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a semi-automated fast-paced environment. Experience in food service, familiarity with basic kitchen knowledge and safety protocols are highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure raw ingredients with the ability to lift 50- 60 pounds (bags of sugar, cases of purees etc...)
- Operate semi- automated production equipment and machinery efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Mixing, dispensing, capping, date coding, labeling, boxing and palletizing finished product with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and order processing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform required tasks and duties for the designated positions, as determined by team composition needs
- Must flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team-based environment
- Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer-first strategy

- Work inside freezer environment for short periods of time
