To be considered, we require:
- Bachelor’s degree in mental health, human services, or related field preferred.
- Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Previous experience in psychiatric or substance inpatient, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention is preferred.
