Job Summary: The Family Operations Associate is responsible to help staff ensure the well-being of our families. As such, this position is expected to maintain the highest level of hospitality and customer service in a manner consistent with policies, guidelines, and the Ronald McDonald House mission. The Family Operations Associate works closely with the Director of Operations and Operations team to handle family meals/check-ins & outs/House operations.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
The Family Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the volunteer kitchen, family kitchen and dining room while providing a superior customer service experience for guests, donors and volunteers. The Family Operations Associate must ensure that all guests are maintaining House policies and procedures. The Family Operations Associate assists with the Family Meals program and conducting outreach into the community to secure meal groups/donations.
Essential Duties:
- Assist to Schedule/Confirm Meal Groups and conduct outreach in VOMO (volunteer management system)
- Maintain overall organization of kitchens, equipment and supplies
- Provide orientation and training to volunteer groups (meals & activities)
- Assist with family activity nights, as needed (ex. Bingo, Karaoke, Movie Nights, Birthdays)
- Complete all documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer telephone and greet donors/volunteer groups
- Maintain confidentiality of patients, families, staff and volunteers
- Assist with donation drop-offs and tours/clean up of meals
Qualifications:
- 23 years of age or older
- Driver License/Clean record
- Computer competency required
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Past experience in a CRM a plus

Base Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
