Part-Time Janitorial Technician
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Technician to clean two commercial buildings. This position works on a rotating schedule with another cleaner, alternating every other week.
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- After 6:00 PM
- Every other week
Pay:
- $300 per month for the scheduled every-other-week rotation
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
- Sanitizing high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, countertops, desks, and waiting room surfaces
- Cleaning glass doors, mirrors, and other interior glass surfaces as needed
- Restocking restroom supplies when necessary
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional environment for staff and visitors
- Ensuring buildings are clean, presentable, and secure before leaving
Requirements:
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and lift cleaning supplies as needed
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
